Day 1 :
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, we went visit War Museum and the former Presidential Palace. Free & leisure for shopping at Saigon Square, and check in to Hoang Hai Long South Hotel.
Day 2 :
After Breakfast, Visit to Notre Dame Cathedral situated in Paris Square, in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh City. A French Priest laid the first brick in October 1877 and the last one in April 1880. The total cost was 2.5 million Francs. Near by the church is Central Post Office this is a French –style building with its glass canopy and iron frame right next to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The structure was built between 1886 and 1891 and is by far the largest post office in Vietnam. Next visit to the City Hall completed 1908, also known as “Hotel de Ville” at the northern end of Nguyen Hue Boulevard. With its ornate gingerbread façade it looks like the town hall of French town. *view from outside only*
After lunch, Proceed to visit the Cu Chi tunnels 75km Northwest of HCMC, a network of tunnels dug during the Vietnam War by the guerrillas, with 3 levels and stretching more than 200km. Experience the environment where guerrillas lived and fought underground by climbing the narrow passages along. Above ground lies the wreckage of American helicopters ans task.
Day 3 :
After Breakfast, transfer to the My Tho City. Cruising across the Mekong River to visit Orchard, experience an atmosphere of a small paradise and enjoy taste in season tropical fruits & Bee’s honey. Lunch at local restaurant with fried elephant’s ear fish of local specialty food. After lunch. Visit to the Vinh Trang Pagoda, which is the oldest and nicest pagoda in the area. After that to Thien Hau Temple, the oldest temple was built by the early period’s chinese, follow by visit to china Town, is situated in District 5. It is hive of activity and offers visitors a strong of chinese culture. Free & leisure for shopping at Ben Thanh Market - the biggest market in HCMC.
